Aaron focuses his practice on general litigation matters and advises clients on complex transactions. Aaron previously served as a legal intern at a boutique corporate and securities litigation firm in New York City and has extensive experience in the capital markets, finance and real estate fields – including experience at TD Bank and Dundee Capital Markets. Aaron’s forte is helping clients navigate through their most challenging and complicated matters and to resolve such matters in a creative fashion when necessary. Aaron strives to advocate for his clients in a zealous and fearless manner, while maintaining a strong emphasis on practical considerations.
Aaron was the Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and Lead Strategist of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. He won first place in both mediation and negotiation at the Financial Industry and Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon, and third place for the Advocates Choice Award. Aaron was also awarded first place at the South Texas College of Law Energy Law Negotiation Competition and the CALI Excellence Award in Accounting for Lawyers.
